Choir@9

Choir@9 is a parish choir at St Joseph's Roman Catholic church, Malvern.

The choir is dedicated to maintaining the traditional music of the Church in its proper liturgical setting, singing both Gregorian chant and a range of polyphony from the 17th to the 21st centuries.   The music sung is predominantly in Latin, the official language of the Church, though from time to time some pieces are sung in English.

The choir is voluntary, typically singing at Mass twice each month (1st and 3rd Sundays) with a half hour rehearsal beforehand and with weekly rehearsals on Thursday evenings 7:30-9:00.   For more details please contact us.
